Color coated steel plate is a new pre-coated band steel product having been rapidly developed worldwide for nearly three decades, which is made through chemical pretreatment, initial coating and fine coating and other processes on high-speed continuous units. The coating quality is more uniform, stable and desirable than spraying or brushing on molded metal surfaces of single pieces.

Main uses:
Building decoration (top layer materials, wall materials): industrial, commercial, residential, public facilities applications
Building interior materials: interior decoration wall materials, ceiling materials, partitions, fire doors
Building Accessories: Window panels, signs.
Appliances: oil/gas boiler, rice barrels, portable gas stoves, and so on.
Color printing panels have the advantages of both steel plates and organic materials, which have both the mechanical strength and formability of steel plates and the excellent decorative performance and corrosion resistance of organic materials, leading to the increasingly expanded application scale and the increase of market demands. The applications of color printing plates involve two aspects: decoration and corrosion resistance. Color printing plates can give colors to color plates, and beautify objects, and at the same time, the coating can greatly extend the life of steel. The life of color steel printing plate is generally more than five times that of the ordinary steel, and nearly doubled over galvanized plates.
